"Overall, better than the last place we tried, but still not great. The biggest issue was how worn down everything felt. There was a lot of visible wear and tear—paint was missing in several areas and the room just looked rough and poorly maintained. The floors felt dirty enough that we didn’t feel comfortable walking around without shoes, which isn’t a great feeling in a hotel room. It wasn’t the worst stay, but definitely not somewhere we’d choose again unless there were no other options.......

"Had a wonderful stay at The Loren. Our room and bathroom were large, clean and well appointed. The staff was so friendly and I love the pool! Room service was quick and delicious. My only concern was that the electric shade in our room stopped working. "

"Location, location, location! It's in a great spot with lots of shops and delicious food. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. Our first room had a great view, but the bathroom only had warm water. They moved us to an interior room and the water was hot in the bath and shower. Overall, a great spot for a long weekend. "

"Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we turned right around and booked somewhere else. The room smelled strongly like urine, there were bugs everywhere, and the pillow had visible stains on it. The door lock was barely attached and didn’t feel secure at all, which was honestly concerning. On top of that, several things in the room were broken or missing. It felt dirty, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the time and money—do not stay...
