"The rooms are clean and spacious. The parking garage is away from the hotel. So when you check in ensure to take down your stuff with you or else you have to drag your beach stuff and luggage from 1/2 a block away. The staff was nice and hotel had nice beach views."

"Well I didn’t get the warm and friendly greeting I was expecting. The bathroom needs upgraded tub was awful. The room was clean. The older man behind the counter gave me 2 cookies that was laying on the counter. Breakfast buffet was $30 over priced. I may have expected more because of the galleria area. A cup of coffee was $2 in the kitchenette area. After mentioning the $3 water per bottle in the room they waved those fees. I could have paid less at another hotel and got a complementary...

"The hotel was nice however there were children running around and staff did not tell them to not run and pool was dirty and messy. Room was nice just smelled musty and walls looked like they needed a nice touch up!"

"My family traveled to San Antonio to bury our oldest brother. I was unable to make it because someone had to care for our 98yrs old mom. I wanted to add someone to one of our 4 rooms and was given a very hard time. I spoke to someone who had no compassion and suggested that my family stay somewhere else. If one of the rooms wasn't connected to a flight and we had more than 5 days til travel I would have canceled all 4 rooms and in fact stayed somewhere else. The general manager never called me...

"The thing i loved most about the room was that the air conditioning was nice and cold especially coming in from a hot day. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was nice. The whole room though could use remodeling but i think they started already cause the room next door was being worked on quite noisy while trying to take an afternoon nap. Breakfast area nice and well maintained breakfast was fine was just wishing they had sausages as well. the location of the hotel was superb! beach across...
