"The water pressure was horrible and bath tub drain clogged. Room was very humid. Staff was very nice and attentive"

"After checking in up front my wife and I went up to our room to take a small nap before heading out for the day. Within an hour another couple unlocked our door and walked right into our room on us. Turns out the person at the front desk didn’t fully check us in so they double booked our room. The staff stated that a portion of my total payment would be refunded which I have yet to see after almost a month. I will never be returning to this hotel again. Side note the whole property is relatively dirty."

"The staff was extremely attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. However the building has aged considerably and repairs are needed from chairs i In guest room (wobbly), walls in guest room was patched poorly, etc… I would stay again for a quick budget overnight stay. If I’m in town for a few days, I would spend an extra $100 per night for a better maintained building."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the staff member didn’t even greet me or say hello, which immediately set a negative tone. When we went to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes, there were hairs on the toilet seat, the sink was broken, and there was dust everywhere. It was clearly not cleaned properly. After we complained, they reluctantly agreed to change our room, but the staff seemed annoyed by the request. The second room was slightly better, but still far from acceptable. It was still dirty, and the sheets had an unpleasant odor, almost like urine. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

The room was cool & clean The staff was IMPECCABLE From Brook at front Desk to Cris helping with luggage & the Valet guys at check in Friday & luggage help with Lindsey Campbell at check out The restaurant area was clean & the gym was beautiful and clean as well I’d def stay here again ! "Tremendous noise problem if your room is on the front roadway, provided noise machine and ear plugs notwithstanding. Hotel shows some wear in rooms. Staff routinely provide less than complete answers to simple questions. Valet pretty quick must times."

"Stayed here for one night and it was very comfortable and clean. Not as close to downtown shops and restaurants as I was hoping for, but if you’re good with walking 10-15 mins to everything, then the hotel is perfect. Staff was nice. Love the way the room and hotel was decorated. I would stay again!"
