"We picked the smallest standard cabin. Was perfect for the two of us, and just what we needed for one night on our travels. They are older cabins, nothing fancy, very clean and all the basics you could need. our cabin faced the highway , the traffic was like white noise while we slept. Absolutely beautiful view of the mountains. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location with short drive to Canmore and Banff. We would stay again"

"Walls are thin, beds are perfect, staff is nice. An average hotel and would go again for the price! Pool is super nice and hot tub is big."

"Nice hotel, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the spa. Dry saunas were not very hot, salt sauna only had limited space and people were staying there for 15-20 minutes and we had to wait for a while in line to get in. Restaurant is very nice - probably the best part of our afternoon. Pools are nice, but in my opinion we didn't get much out of it for the price we paid."

"The staff on reception were always available and very helpful. The hotel itself was in a super location, only a short walk from Main Street, or shops and restaurants along the road. The complimentary hot drinks were a big hit with hot chocolate for the kids. We were disappointed that the pool area was closed during our stay as this was one reason for my original booking, although we were informed of this in advance of our arrival."

"This hotel was in a brilliant location and it was quick and easy to get around. There was plenty of parking (which is an additional cost) and we were very impressed. I was thankful to the hotel staff who helped change our gondola tickets as my son was poorly for a day, and it was helpful having easy to use laundry services. The pool area was very quiet and the kids had it to themselves. I would definitely recommend this to others."

"decent room. shower was really the only lacking item in the room we booked. shower head wasnt very good and was leaking. squeaky doors as well. paper thin walls so you could hear everyone walking by or opening/closing their doors. staff was helpful and friendly."
