"Staff issue on check in"

"Was a very nice hotel. End of the "main strip" in Banff. Offered free bus vouchers during our stay which we absolutely utilized instead of looking for parking when going to the main strip. Was our anniversary while we were there and the hotel was helpful in arranging sparkling wine and a sweet treat for me in our room to surprise the Hubs. Hot tub is lovely. Salt water vs mega chemicals. "
