"Clean room everything is good "

"The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back...

"My recent stay at the Juniper hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate my stay and make my Banff experience one for the books. The ambiance and overall atmosphere both in the hotel and the bistro can't be beat. The rocky mountain view I enjoyed while enjoying dinner at the bistro was magical and only comparable to the stunning view from the amazing outdoor hot tub. 10/10 will be back!"

"Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Banff. A few minutes walk from everything you need but away from the noise of the shops and restaurants. Rooms were really well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Spa facilities were perfect at the end of a day’s skiing. Hot baths, sauna, steam room, pool and cold plunge pool. Great coffee shop too. If I’m ever fortunate enough to stay in Banff again, will definitely stay at The Kendrick."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. We couldn’t believe how accommodating Suzette at the front desk was & Keith in the breakfast room was amazing too! Our only complaint was that the floor was wet in our room along the edges of the room, which they thought was from the heavy snow melting. They offered to use fans to dry it up, but we decided to put towels down instead. The room was large and the deck was huge with a hot tub! Definitely a great room! The...
