"We checked in right before 4 pm - but were told that our room wasn’t ready-with 15 minutes max it was ready. Front desk lady was very nice. We were travelling with our small dog. You do pay a fee for same but that is to be expected- it’s just nice to find an accommodation that accepts pets! They also provide a little welcome package for your pet which again is a nice touch. "Denis is the man! Super clean, everything worked great (fridge, stove, water cooler, tv, fans, lights, bathroom, hot water) Friendly, and the cabin was amazing and had our own area. Quiet, and wasn’t bothered during our stay at all! Denis provided some good info for hikes, and places to eat. Split between a couple buddies it was super affordable for what we got. Will definitely be visiting again"

"The building is dated, the rooms were okay. The rugs need to be replaced, and the tub had a constant drip, and was rusted around the drain. The wall had some splatters of maybe pop or something up the wall in the main room. The beds were comfy, sheets were clean, the decorative pillow on top of the bed had a few very long black hairs on it. Air con worked very well. Overall it was fine. If you can look past the rug, tub and hairs on the decorative pillow, you will be fine staying here."

"This was the worst hotel ever and the fact that it was expensive too. The hotel staff gave a key to the room we were staying in to another person who then entered our room while we were sleeping they didnt care at all and all they could say was okay. Definitely not close to anything worth what we paid for. HUGE SAFETY concern and ofc if anything was stolen it wasn't their fault yet they gave access to our room to another stranger. AND PUT OUR CHILD IN DANGER."

"the room was even better than we had expected! Very clean and roomy, spacious enough for the 6 of us. There is free parking for guests underground and outside. The views of the mountain from the area were beautiful as well. Would consider staying here again when we come back!"

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and we travel a lot for the military. Super comfy beds and pillows, rooms were super clean, front desk lady was extremely polite. Room cleaning service lady was the sweetest. Plenty of grass for the dogs to go potty. And the pool actually had enough chlorine to make it look clean and smell like a pool. They've done a wonderful job. Would stay 100 times again."

"First night (of 2) not great. Hard to find parking. Super loud neighbours until 0200. Butttt Andrea at the front desk saved the day on night 2. This angel listened and acted. She gave us a wonderful room that allowed us to get some shuteye on night 2. She has an amazing attitude and if she is not already a manager she needs to be one. She just gets it! Kudos."
