"Very nice, spacious and clean room with great mountain views and a huge deck. Only complaint is that both heat and cool settings seemed to heat the room so when it hit 26C I turned off the system entirely and just opened windows to maintain a decent temperature. Front desk staff were very friendly and the Wild Orchid restaurant is great as well. "

"Good value! large kitchen with everything required. The room we booked was pet friendly- very big/steep stairs that the dogs had to navigate, if you have a dog that is a senior or have mobility issues check with the hotel to ensure your room is on the main floor. Train was very loud and close by- but didn't disturb us. Great customer service, close walk to downtown. Clean, we will stay again "
