"Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9am on the day of checkout. When we said we weren’t ready, the staff member yelled through the door “when are you leaving?” Have never experienced this at a hotel before. We’re leaving at checkout time. "

"The Fox never disappoints. Ken at the front desk was incredible friendly and helpful :) the hotel room and facilities are always very clean. The hot tub is always a great way to relax and it’s in an excellent location. Would strongly recommend The Fox. "

"Cheap rates relative to the area, there’s a reason though. It’s certainly due for a refresh, the beds were not the most comfortable, a room with a Queen and Twin only had two shower towels. The Hot Tub room was way to hot, had to of been over 100 degrees, so within 5 mins you’re cooked. Ok spot if you want to crash overnight in Canmore without putting a big dent in the wallet. "
