Location is good, mall in the complex, however, check in were a bit “complicated”, waited for 15 mins due to back and forth; the breakfast was good, it views too, nice. Overall, its acceptable (note : also not much competitor hotels around 😉)

Best option in Singkawang but need improvement
Best option in Singkawang but due to lack of competition. Everything is average so really hope the management will improve the services, room condition and especially quality of breakfast buffet has been declining

Is it really a 4-star-hotel???
Hotel was 100% full during our stay. The staff weren’t trained as a 4star-hotel attitude and competency, categorized “rude” for the front desk staff. Room was ok, but very limited amenities. Breakfast was a nightmare, only 3-4 staff to service a room that full of guests, no food, no tissue on tables, floor was dirty and wet, lost my appetite when saw the chaos

Nice pool and lovely staff
The staff here are fabulous: so helpful and friendly. The pool is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The hotel seems to be popular with families though and the pool is often busy with children. If that's not your scene, you might be disappointed. I moved rooms because my initial room smelled of cigarettes and was being invaded by ants. The second room was better, although it could have done with a more thorough vacuuming. Breakfast is excellent - a hugely varied buffet.

Check in very slow. Check out staff no advise guest on chk out completed. Guest waiting. Swimming pool water flooded to walk way. No towel section. Closed too early for pool at 6 pm as all out and back hotel can’t swim.. breakfast not really good without western like omellette; sausages. Shd look into further improvement.

A very good travelling experience by self driving from Kuching direct to Singkawang and check in at 11pm.Although the journey was very long,there was no feeling of tiredness upon arrival because of the friend ly counter Staff were ever ready to make my check in very smooth thus make my stay like at home.

nice building with weak features
Room is nice and comfortable but poorly maintained. The shower does not keep to a set temperature; it blasts alternate cold and boiling streams of water. Bedside light was not working and the curtains were hanging off the track- all pointing to a lack of supervision of housekeeping staff. Cigarette smoke was evident in a no-smoking room. The worst feature is the restaurant where ants were having a great breakfast among the bread, butter and jam left out in the open. The staff were idle (cleaning only one side of a greasy, smeared glass door, leaving the other mired in sweaty palm prints and dirt), the egg station cook was incompetent and the waiter preferred to stare at us rather than do his job. The hotel was the best of three experienced on my trip but standards are so low in this part of Indonesia that the Swiss Belin stands out as the only place to stay. It's sad that the management cannot instill pride among the lowest paid but that's what happens when you pay peanuts.

The hotel was ok. My wife's wedding ring went missing from hotel room which spoilt the whole trip. The food was absolutely awful which was also a big breaker for us. The staff were lovely though.

Lubang toilet tidak dibersihkan, staff krg ramah menjelaskan area parkir. Jikalao memang parkir bersama dlm area mall, setidaknya diarahkan parkir yg tersedia sesuai dgn logo hotel, parkir gratis-terutama buat tamu yg menginap, bukan smua keluarga"nya,mobil cuman 1,tapi penjelasannya parkirr penuh kan lucu tak sesuai slogan parkir gratis. Itu yg bikin tak nyaman, seluruh kota skwg pilih hotel ini, yg termahal kan kita nyari nyaman, bukan cari tukang ngeyel -jawab pake alasan-bukan solusi.
