Service upgrade
Great view from the hotel to lake toba. So far good room. However there is construction in the hotel which is in the morning can be noisy. Cannot borrow iron, so need to pay more for ironing. And also all the junior suite is for smoking room! Need to makesure you got the AC room, otherwise for non smoker will feel terrible!
