For the price I paid it was absolutely worth it. The location is great, right opposite a short path to a wonderful sunset view along the beach, and minutes from the steps down to the beautiful beach. The restaurant part of this hotel has either closed down or is just never staffed so bear that in mind, there are lots of other places to eat locally though. Check in was easy, clean towels were provided, the room was clean and the bedding was fine, just very outdated and not in the best condition. The bathroom was grim I'm not going to lie, but the toilet flushed and there was running water so for a few quid a night you can make it work. If I was on a serious budget then yes I would stay here again, but perhaps push the boat out a bit if you can afford it!

I just wanted to share how perfect my stay at Balangan Paradise was. The location, just steps away from the beach, was absolutely ideal. The peaceful atmosphere made it an incredibly relaxing experience. For those who value tranquility and a close connection to nature, this place is truly a gem. While the condition in the facility isn't good ants and cold water is normal so if you choose this hotel be prepared.

I do feel like the price of the room isn't worth that much, at least the room with the "Ocean View". Maybe the other rooms which are cheaper is better to book tbh. Pros: - the room is really big - big bed - nice sheets, linens, etc. - bathroom is big - very peaceful and silent. The area is a bit remote. If you're looking for peace, this is it. But it's not easy to walk around for food at night as the very few nearby restaurants close at around 7PM - few steps away from the beach Cons: - WATER SUPPLY IS LIMITED. I really did not appreciate this. I feel like I paid enough to have at least this basic thing. There is no water in the morning and I'm not sure until what time at night. - Reception/service is only until 7PM - there is no Ocean View. I mean, there is but it's not like on the photos. What you see on the photo is the restaurant, which in no way is part of the hotel. It's a few steps away. - it's an old building so there are rusts, stains, etc in the bathroom but it's not because it's not clean, it's really just because the place is old. I really like that it's near the beach and there's not much people in the area. I hope they can add amenities and features in the future.

The breakfast that was included was amazing. The restaurant was really cute and cozy and right by the water. I did like that the hotel is close to the water. It was just a little rundown. Especially on the roof. The room was really hot. The air conditioning really blue hot air. I’m not really circulating.

Exceeded My expectation.

This is by far the best value in all of Bali, I have no idea why the place wasn't packed with guest, but that was also terrific. We had the ocean front restaurant to ourselves almost every night and the food was of gourmet quality at super reasonable prices. The bed was really comfortable and the A/C got the room really cold as long as you pressed the correct buttons on the remote. The beach is all sand and see Blacky at the Surf school he's super cool.

Was nice but you get what you pay for!

The hostel was a stop off point for me and my friend. If you are looking for a quiet hostel on the beach and aren’t too fussed about exploring places this will be fine for you! We wanted to explore so we hired a bike for a few days - we felt very safe driving around here and was a 10 minute drive to Dreamland Beach. The hostel wasn’t in the best shape, not the cleanest and the shower was cold. We weren’t given towels or any information on check in and there is only one choice of restaurant nearby with limited choice of food. It served its purpose but was very basic.

Buen precio calidad pero sin agua caliente

Muy bien ubicado, al lado de la playa pudiendo ir caminando. La habitación es grande y está bien pero el lavabo no es moderno y no tienen agua caliente. Si no te importa ducharte con agua fría, es tu hotel. Muy buen precio calidad por la zona dónde está.
