"ホテルのスタッフの方がとても親切で助かりました。私は中国語や英語がほぼ話せませんが、日本語が話せるスタッフさんが何人かいらっしゃったので、スムーズにチェックインやアウトができました。また、台風の影響で飛行機が遅延したため、チェックインが23:00を超えてしまう旨をメールで連絡させてもらったところ、そちらも快く対応してくださいました。そして次の日も台風で昼過ぎまでは天気が悪いので、昼過ぎ以降の外出をお勧めしてくださいました。おかげ様でとてもスムーズに観光を楽しむことができました。部屋もアップグレードしていただき、清潔なお部屋で快適に過ごせました。また香港へ行く際は是非利用したいと思います！"

"We were stuck staying in our hotel room during the worst typhoon of the year. The housekeeping made sure our rooms were cleaned daily and came to empty our garbages twice a day. The hotel also made sure the three restaurants were open and available to guests during the lockdown. The mall is very convenient with lots of shops, restaurants, grocery store and MTR connected to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and would highly recommend "
