"Surprised this time if forgot something go buy it from the vending machine - next time, buy your toleit paper. Our room was in elevators lobby on the floor and elevators entrance on ground floor being outside mosquito got into our room, we two mosquito bites. Lucky if we stayed longer, room would have been full of mosquitos"

"Located in busiest area of Mongkok. Walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Attached to shopping mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of arts and sculptures within the hotel. The hotel room is not big, but ok. The bathroom has no ventilation and lack storage and counter space. Bathroom floor is marble, very slippery especially when wet. Bathroom condiments are good quality. Bathroom is separate by a glass panel to the bedroom. We are on the 26th floor, with city view. Blackout electrical blinds with remote is convenient."

"I highly recommend this excellent Hotel it’s so clean..Staff so helpful front desk & especially to night shift duty helping out luggage’s. Outdoor so clean although we don’t used the pool. Areas so convenient shopping malls and my Grandchildren enjoyed playing in the arcade area’s..For sure will come back soon & staying this Hotel again.."

"I like the shower with no bathtub. Don’t have to climb into the bathtub to get a shower."

"Unfortunately the carpets in my room were soaking wet, you couldn’t walk on the carpet without it soaking through your socks and the smell was absolutely dreadful. I asked to be moved to a different room the next night, which was done with minimal fuss from the staff. Breakfast, while plentiful, the hash browns were stone cold, the croissant were hard as and I couldn’t cut it with a knife. I ordered an omlettle which was cold and raw runny egg on the inside. The tea stand I don’t think was switched on as my cup of tea was cold. We moved to a different hotel. The pool was lovely."
