"Clean rooms and accessible areas of the hotel. Meals taken were well prepared and appetising. Overall staff were pleasant and cooperative. Two of the staff were however outstanding and actually have improved the rating of the hotel and service. The Maitre d’, Enrico, fulfilled his role with an easy competency and professionalism.
