"This is not an airport hotel. It is inconveniently located such that taxis and Ubers, charge a fortune. You are forced to use their hotel shuttle. They don’t have whatsapp so it’s a struggle for outsiders to contact them.
The rooms are basic at best.
The young man at reception is wonderful/ helpful ( think he is on at nights); the older gentleman in the morning, is rude and unhelpful. Suggest he not be customer facing."
