I stayed at the executive floor for four nights, it was just ok. The wifi was super slow or non-existent. I expressed my concern to the front desk, the only thing they did was to give me another wifi password to try!
I saw the hotel shuttle bus at the lobby and asked the driver if they take guests to airport, driver said arrangement can be made at the front desk. But when I spoke to receptionist about airport drop off service, the front desk lady said they do not offer any pick up or drop off service. So confusing.
I want to like RH hotel, but I am disappointed. The hotel has so much potential to be a great local hotel..I hope their service improves in the future. After all, I am satisfied with the convenient and cleanliness in my room.
