Comfort stay but breakfast need much improvement
Room is comfy. Toilet seat is old and need to be changed. Breakfast is not so good. We had nasi lemak but the sambal was cold. And there is only nasi lemak and fried rice available. I was expecting more for the room price. Hotel condition was satisfactory

I can't fault much beyondt the limited availability of Television Channels on a Television thats been used in Jurassic Park.

Good location
I was booked on an executive floor on the higher level with good town views. The room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. The TV set should be updated to keep up with time.

Average hotel which located right in the city
Room and toilet is spacious, but the bed is not very comfortable. Breakfast is not good, of low quality and not many choices. They will charge additional person of RM30 if breakfast is not included in your booking.

That the location is central and it is connected to a shopping centre. My stay this year was very disappointing. The amenities in the rooms are rundown esp the bathroom. There should be a shower cubicle to cater for elderly guests. When we checked in at 10 pm, we were given a room where the aircon did not work.The temperature did not drop below 28 degrees. After several complaints, the staff agreed to change to a new room. The question I have is how RH hotel can rent out rooms with malfunctioning aircons?? The front line staff was initially totally unhelpful saying that the hotel was fully booked, until I told them that I would give feedback to Expedia.

RH Hotel, not again.
I have never experienced miserable people in a hotel. Poor level of English didn't understand my question. I realised the next day they were absolutely incorrect. I am a vegetarian, I had spring rolls only for dinner. The customer service was poor. They were not attentive. I didn't sleep a wink. Awake all night. I couldn't wait to check out. Not worth paying what I did. Won't stay there again.

Had non smoking rooms connecting but one of rooms smelled terrible of smoke. They came and sprayed but was still bad. Finally moved half of our family to a room 2 floors away - would have preferred two rooms together still but was okay. Was very hot even with air con on - could not be turned down lower than 25 C - very uncomfortable to sleep

Suggestions For Improvement
Hotel bathroom needs upgrading as it looks rundown. A shower cubicle is preferable for elderly guests. A handheld shower is seriously needed for ease of bathing. Phone did not work and had to be repaired during my stay.

Check in was supposed to be 2pm. Arrived at 3pm. Room was not ready. Staff was supposed to inform when ready. Checked with staff at 3:30 to be informed that the room was ready. Room wise was good. The junior suite room was large with a comfortable feel. Easily sleeps 2 adults and 3 small children with 1 king and 1 super single bed. Morning buffet was a bit disappointing. Overall the stay was good because of the room.

Excellant location. Close to shops and restaurants
Staff were very friendly. This hotel has a free car park facility. My room check out time has been extended due to flight schedule. Breakfast provided can be improved a bit

Hotel is older showing sign of age. Lack of basic necessity ie hand towels , linens are worn, food scraps were found from previous occupants Attentive and friendly staff. Good selection on the breakfast buffet Good city view from the room.

I stayed at the executive floor for four nights, it was just ok. The wifi was super slow or non-existent. I expressed my concern to the front desk, the only thing they did was to give me another wifi password to try! I saw the hotel shuttle bus at the lobby and asked the driver if they take guests to airport, driver said arrangement can be made at the front desk. But when I spoke to receptionist about airport drop off service, the front desk lady said they do not offer any pick up or drop off service. So confusing. I want to like RH hotel, but I am disappointed. The hotel has so much potential to be a great local hotel..I hope their service improves in the future. After all, I am satisfied with the convenient and cleanliness in my room.
