I am very happy with the staff which made my stay easy, smooth and comfortable. My room looks new and is clean, only issue is the toilet mat, looks dated and unclean. Not a big thing to me as I got slippers from the staff. One thing I didn't like the hotel is the sound proof is rather bad. Can always hear karaoke singing from the opposite block, worse thing is, Kuching people kinda starts singing in middle of the night like 12am-2am. Qute a number of restaurant, coffeeshops, drinking places, cafe just the same or ops block. 3mins walk to Sanyan Building and about 7 mins to night market, 10mins to Central market.

Great hotel in Sibu, it is new, location wise is good. Just one downside that it is near to Clubs so, the music sumtimes seeps into the room.

Overall, a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel.
I love this type of small boutique hotel. Small but big on the comfort and quality stay. No hassle checking in and out with friendly and ever smiling staffs. Am coming back here for sure in future.

It's new shop lots.
Family suite beds very comfy. Short of racks to put luggage and needs to open luggage on floor. Overall happy to stay there. Suggest to have a shoes rack for customers to bring in shoes b4 entering the room in order to keep floor clean.

Good Location
This hotel looked new, is clean and had modern design. Plenty of parking here and many cafes surrounding the hotel. Sushi King outlet is within walking distance, just a block behind the hotel.

Comfortable place to stay with good location
Overall, my stay was a pleasant one. Staff was friendly and professional. Stayed on the 1st floor corner room. A bit noisy at night as you can hear people talking at the cafe downstairs. Limited channels on the TV but not a deal breaker. There are coffee shops and other places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

comfortable and convenient hotel.
A nice little three story shoplot hotel situated among new development and sibu square. Pros: - nice spacious room with semi hard beds. - clean and adequately spaced - expected small bedside table. - finding food is not a problem but maybe a bit pricy compare to shops 8-10 mins walk away - blackout and sound prove curtains is very good for stay ins. - kitchen with filter water dispensor(coway) on 1st floor. - lift is available for the needy. - 10 to 15 mins walk to Sibu Night Market. Cons: - bathroom a bit tight for large occupants - aircon in need of servicing as it is begining to drip. - hotel location not on Grab(ehailing software) but can be overcome by looking for close location nearby like outright cafe or bakemore bakery.
