"It's a lovely small property that can hold a surprising amount of people very easily. It's slightly on the older side, however the owner is very attentive and will fix issues on the spot if notified. The area also has some of the best views surrounding the town, and has a very active downtown full of places to visit!"

"My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "

"For my first stay in Otaru, I wanted a place where I can feel the Japanese vibe in ny accommodation, and this place was perfect for that. It was expactly what I would expect if I would visit a friend's house in Japan. The dadami was interesting and once I enter the premise, I was immediately immersed in local Japanese vibe. "Breakfast was disappointing. It never changed during the two one week stays we had at the Keio. Main weakness was on the western side--oddly textured scrambled eggs and a lack of bread varieties. On the Japanese side, ingredient quality was high, but soup stock for Ramen did not taste good and the sushi station was repetitive. Overall, it's a little of this and that, but nothing stands out."

"4박 5일 동안 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 매일 청소 서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠지만, 호텔내 직원들 모두 상냥하고 잘 응대 해주셔서 아주 잘 쉬었습니다. 특히 오도리공원이 바로 앞이고, 스스키노도 바로 근처라 위치도 좋았고, 14층 대욕탕 또한 아주 좋았습니다. 감사합니다."

"The room was small. It was great having an washing machine/dryer in the room. I did laundry every night. It took 3-4 hours per load. I ended up doing laundry at night, so if you have trouble sleeping with noise, this might not be an option. We stayed for 4 nights, so our room was not cleaned daily. We did get the garbage and towels changed daily."
