"ブラインドが一部破損していて、外から室内が見える状態でした。通りに面している窓ではありませんでしたが、駅のホームから見える位置だったため、着替えなどをするのに気がかりでした。他に設備で気になったのは、少しの寝返りでもベッドがギシギシ音が出ることや、ドライヤーがあるのに鏡は電源のないバスルームにしかないこと、せっかく洗濯機があるのに干す場所やラックなどがないことが残念でした。 ただ、駅から近い点は本当に助かりました。また広さがあるし、流しやレンジがあるのも良かったです。"

"大人5人で利用するには、空間的に広く、ベッドもシングルで一人一人ゆとりを持って快適に寝られました。トイレやシャワーも2つあり最高です。今回オートロックのトラブルがあり予定は狂いましたが予想外の事でもあり、宿泊施設側としても最善を尽くして頂き、別室へ移動する形で予定を終える事が出来ました。ありがとうございます。ただ、前回より排水臭?硫黄のような匂いが特に水回りのエリアで感じました。あと、換気口のほこりなど汚れの堆積が細かいですがいくらか見られました。より宿泊者の目線に立って改善頂けたらと思います。"
