"一泊朝食付きで夫婦で利用しました。
スタッフの皆さんは笑顔で対応していただき安心しました。フロントの方も外国人でしたが日本語がとても上手で何の不安もありませんでした。
施設内も綺麗で清潔感がありました。
お部屋もとても綺麗でした。
ただ､お部屋のドアがカードキーでもオートロックでもなく、一つの鍵のため夫婦でお風呂に行く時は不便でした。ただ､キーホルダーで支払いの清算ができるので､これは便利でした。
お風呂場は男湯女湯共にサウナがあり、15℃の水風呂､22℃位の水風呂と熱めとぬるめの内風呂と露天風呂です。
温泉はさらっとした泉質で湯上がりも快適でした。
お風呂場は夜中に男湯女湯が入れ替わります。
帰る日の朝の風呂場の方が壁が明るく北海道の花の絵が描かれていて素敵でした。
これで湯上がりアイスが有れば最高なのですが。
朝食のビュッフェはどれも美味しくて､ついつい 食べ過ぎてしまいました。
今回は札幌市内のホテルがアーチストのコンサートで取れなかったため予約しましたが、コンサート会場の札幌プレミストドームまで、車で約40分で家内を送迎するのに全く問題なかったのが良かったです。"

The only drew back for us is no dish washer and only 1 toilet, other then that it's perfect for my family would definitely book again."
