ハード面：まず場所がとても良いと感じました。施設はトレンドのホテルと比較すると古さが否めませんがそれ以上にスタッフ皆さんのおもてなしがとても好感が持てハード面のマイナスをカバーをされていると感じました。 私は夜のバーと朝食の和食屋さんに伺う機会がありました。ふたつのお店共に非常に行き届いた接客サービスで良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。強いていえば・・・それらのサービスが見える化されたらもっと宿泊したくなるホテルになるのでしょうね。ありがとうございます。

新日本海フェリー遅延で　到着したのは深夜2:00 で　シャワーしてすぐ寝てしまいました。 ロビーと部屋の中を見ただけで　素晴らしいホテルであることがわかりましたし　フロントスタッフさんとの会話もとても心地よかったです。次回はもっとゆっくり過ごしたいと思えるホテルでした。

Very good hotel. Service was great. Check out the bakery for some nice Japanese style breads in the morning. Major Otaru attractions are a short walk away. Elevators could be very busy during high traffic times.

房間整體不錯，應是新裝修過。惟獨浴室比較舊，而且水龍頭是冷熱水分別的，每次用水都要再重新調較水温，關水時要用力，不然會滴水。 另外，指示停車場位置的員工十分落力、辛苦和敬業，看見他要跑得比車輛更快去引路，這點希望 貴酒店能夠改善。（本人沒有用酒店停車場，只是每次出入看見）
