It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. Nice view of canal though it’s very short. Interesting shops along the walking street. Great sweet cafes! The music box museum is more like souvenir shop. About a half day should be enough time to explore Otaru.
