"Everything was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay overall. The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom door's automatic closer was quite loud. Whenever someone opened or closed the door, it made a significant noise that could disturb people who were sleeping. It might be helpful to adjust or repair the door closer to reduce the noise, as this would make the stay even more comfortable for future guests."

"Front desk staff were not rude but not friendly either. Only spoke when spoken to and did not feel welcomed. Cinnamon Bear servers were lovely. Our initial room had a dying light bulb and when addressed to the receptionist they did not offer a new room, instead suggested a mechanic to come but not until the next day which we were only there for a two night stay. Hotel itself is decent but for a Hilton hotel, did not impress me"
