"Absolutely loved our stay! The front desk staff was so friendly and walked us outside to point out some sites he thought we might like to see. Our queen loft was perfect for my adult son and I, and although the property is a bit dated, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the amenities and location-right near the stroll and gondolas-made it perfect for us. Already dreaming of a return-thank you, staff!"
"Property is adjacent to the lifts,restaurant's and shops. Location can’t get better, clean and modern facility. We asked for a late checkout and I expected “ that won’t be possible” we are full etc. However, they were full, but they worked with house keeping to make it happen for us. They have Genuine customer service oriented folks working the front desk - thank ya’ll! "
