"We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods. The place is relaxing and best sunset as well! "

The property was very clean. We had a mini fridge in our room, hair dryer. Bathroom was very modern. There are all amenities on site. Beautiful grounds. "Upon arrival nicely greeted and checked in.Excellent Staff they deserve a pay rise. The room was nicely prepared and presented, great housekeeping staff. Barman was excellent at his job .The dining room staff were also extremely helpful and professional. The hotel needs a little Investment into itsome aspects are tired upgrade doors and locks to a card system would be good. Breakfast is superb highly recommend it. A very enjoyable few days in a beautiful setting. Thank You"
