The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend! "

The breakfast is very good, they have a bar open for a few hours in the evening, and there is a stunning roof terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the sun set. "Pulizia ottima, stanza comoda, tranquillo e in posizione strategica per la visita della città. Ottima la possibilità di avere acqua disponibile prelevabile da un erogatore in corridoio che fornisce acqua fredda (frizzante e naturale) e a temperatura ambiente. Unico punto negativo, ma non incide sulla valutazione, l'ascensore é a misura xxxs... dovevo entrare di schiena altrimenti non sarei riuscito ad uscire 😀"

"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."
