Reallllly cool room! I’d definitely stay here again. They also have free cookies and coffee in the lobby which we loved! It’s in the heart of Florence so you get to hear beautiful music, and it’s close to everything.

Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. I initially booked because of its location and how well designed the rooms looked - very aesthetic. But I was super impressed with how friendly and accommodating the management and staff were. Not to mention it was totally spotless. We had easy access to everything we wanted to see in Florence and were also able to leave our bags at the hotel when we checked out and still wanted to explore a bit more. Thank you all, we will be back!

Very beautiful property. The host was very helpful. The room and bedding were very clean. Everything was central to everything. Check-in was confusing as there was no intercom to call up. I went to the front door on the 1st floor and knocked. I had to call the number and then we were met at the front door. That was the only downside. Everything else was smooth sailing after that. They also allowed us an hour late departure. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you and we hope to visit your beautiful city again soon!
