"Plumbing issues with the room (leaking shower head, faucet that sprayed). Some doors either didn't shut or were hard to deadbolt at night. Limited breakfast options. Parking in their safer lot was $15 per night vs. free if you could even find a place on the street. However, it was walking distance to the beach and easy to drive to the Wharfs."

"Not fancy. Cute decor & kitchenette. Well appointed with a fabulous location across the street from the beach! Front desk staff was very helpful with TV issue, check in & out. I would stay in a 2nd floor room next time."

"I love the style of the style of a hotel which I understand was recently redone. It would've been nice to have somewhere to have something to eat like a restaurant or room service in the morning or morning coffee. Of course stay straight is right out front but it's nice to be able to go directly to the lobby."

"Awesome location! Walkable distance to everything. Small rooms, tiny restrooms / water gets everywhere. Clean room. Some things may need to be updated. Overall good stay. 8/10."

"We stayed in a Corner Premium view room. For a room with high fees, we expected to have a good shower head. Bathroom floor was soapy, once you come out of shower then someone can slip. Our 3 y.o kid slipped once and fortunately kid was good. Apart from above two issues, everything was very good!!"

"This was our second stay at Pali House Santa Barbara. It’s our favorite place to stay! I would have given this most recent stay 5 stars except we were not told there was a wedding reception happening the one night we were there which included closing the entire patio area. There was quite a bit of noise/music but I will give the hotel credit for ensuring the music went off at 10:00pm. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Will stay again."

"Parking was just beside the property and it's for $15 per day. The staff was very friendly but we hardly needed anything, I just wished they provided some water for the coffee maker. The ambience outside the rooms is great, there are sitting areas with hammocks chess area and table tennis, there are bikes you can rent, best of all it is just walking distance to State Road where shops abound."
