"A very clean hotel. The location is excellent. It’s across from the beach and not too far from the downtown area. The check in and out was very smooth. I highly recommend if you want a clean peaceful place and to relax at the same time."

"My employee stayed there and the bed sheets were dirty. Called front desk to change the sheets and no one came. Called again and they brought extra towels to lay on. The rooms have no air conditioning.i will never book this property again."

"We loved our stay at Casa Riviera and would definitely come again. The bed was so comfy we grabbed the name of the mattress and we’re considering replacing our old mattress with it. We enjoyed having a small kitchenette and appreciated the design details of the room. The front desk was helpful and acted quickly when we had a minor issue with the motorized blinds."

"Staff at front desk were rude and laughed in my face when telling me they would not accept my virtual Apple Card on site …. After accepting it online to make the booking. When I questioned their policy they would not show me where it was posted in their site. It was an awful experience."

"We stayed in a Corner Premium view room. For a room with high fees, we expected to have a good shower head. Bathroom floor was soapy, once you come out of shower then someone can slip. Our 3 y.o kid slipped once and fortunately kid was good. Apart from above two issues, everything was very good!!"

"This boutique Motel is a block away from State Street. The grounds were very nicely decorated with plenty of seats available. There is no swimming pool here as it looks like they might have converted that into a sand area. The Motel was converted back in 2018 and has a nautical theme. The hotel is pricey for what you are paying for without the premium aspect of it. The Hostkey app did not work to retrieve my key. Had to check in to the front desk and get a physical key for our room. ...

"Awesome location! Walkable distance to everything. Small rooms, tiny restrooms / water gets everywhere. Clean room. Some things may need to be updated. Overall good stay. 8/10."
