"The WiFi did not work the entire stay. It made communication and working a nightmare. I talked to the manager who said because we booked through a third party site (Expedia) they couldn’t refund anything including the resort fee. I contacted Expedia and all they offered me was a credit for future Expedia bookings of $25. No thanks. Will never use Expedia again for any booking. Room was dated and bed not comfy. First room I was put in had broken furniture and smelled awful. They did move me but...

"The OB Hotel is great! Our room was spacious and clean. The parking and gift shop are very convenient. The best part of our stay was enjoying the front balconies where you get a perfect view of the sunset, the pier and all the people on the beach. The location couldn’t possibly be better."
