"The experience was totally amazing. We reached at 9pm and the villa made us an amazing dinner even though they weren't expecting us to eat a meal. They catered for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming and made our stay really comfortable. "Just want to say, it was a great stay at this property, location was good. Spa was ok. Gym not so great. Staff were great and very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the villa. Few negatives, mosquitoes were a problem, feel like burinh stucks or spray could be used when turn down service happens. (Had this in other hotels/villas similar) got bitten alot. Breakfast is too big and not great. We eat out everyday. There is so much potential for this place just needs to tweek a few...

"Logement propre et spacieux.Belle piscine. Très calme. Par contre ce ne sont pas des villas independantes (3 logements différents au même endroit). Situé à 20/30 mn d'Ubud. Il faut donc avoir un moyen de transport le plus répandu étant le scooter. Rapport qualité / prix correct mais l'on peut trouver mieux à Bali."

"There were lots of ants in the room on the floor on the bed everywhere and they keep coming. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. We had booked 4 nights but spent only 2 nights there. We raised it with expedia and the property agreed to return the 2 nights money"

"The hotel is beautiful with its swimming pool but the service is not at the same standard. Breakfast is miserable. We ordered fried eggs and it came with 2 eggs and 1 toast. We asked for 2 extra toasts and they charged us 30'000 IDR. But in general it was difficult to find someone at the hotel if you needed anything."
