Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"We arrived late evening and the overnight receptionist was wonderful. Very professional, and prompt to assist with our accommodation needs… extra towels and sheets for sofa bed. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and in clean condition. First sofa bed mattress that ever looking brand new and no stains for our child to utilize. "

To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay.
