I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage? But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!"

"Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!"

"The Property on the outside is very pretty, but the interior is very old and run down. The door locks did not work on our room and we had to rely on a deadbolt. There were several little oddities that occur, such as the AC being turned off during the night in the entire building. Several times during our stay I woke up sweating and could not change the room temperature at all. The room itself is small but very clean.
