"Our stay was amazing except for 1 little hiccup… the elevator was always somehow broken. Only 1 elevator was functional during our stay. It made it a little too inconvenient (long wait) especially when you have a lot of luggages to take down.. otherwise, the staff were friendly, the room was very clean, the location and everything was great!"

".The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification"
