"Parts of the building were showing its age, but otherwise a great stay. Friendly staff, very helpful. Greatest thing was the buffet breakfast, variety of food that changes every morning and that the elevators were almost usually empty, do not have to wait around because of full elevators"

"The is a centrally located hotel and the highway is easily accessible. The exterior of the building could use some updating but the interior is kept clean. Super helpful staff. Got help setting up transportation to BGC and the airport. "

"First time in Philippines and first hotel I stayed at on this trip. The staff is exemplary and very responsive. Dinner in their roof restaurant was okay with what we ended up choosing because the other four items we picked were not available. Also, if the hotel is crowded you will run out hot water after 7:30am. Welcome to the Philippines as some of these issues are to be expected, especially for the amazing great value of this property. "
