"We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend"

"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. "We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...
