From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE vacation. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tulum! "Phenomenal experience at Amari. We had a group of 4 in one of their STUNNING villas, everything there is carefully thought out and very comfortable. Their complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus in navigating tulum taxis/traffic, and the entire team of staff (big shoutout to Charlie!) went above and beyond to make our stay a dream. The food at the restaurant and the massages we all got were also wonderful. Such a relaxing few days, we will absolutely be coming back to this paradise. "We had a lovely time at Una vida. We had reserved the one bedroom suite via Expedia in which photographs had shown a bathtub however our suite did not have a bathtub. We inquired with the staff and the following day we were switched to another one bedroom suite which did have both the shower and a bath as we had been looking forward to. Other than this, the room was excellent, very clean. The staff were very attentive and kind. The best part is the yoga type classes available at Bardo at no extra cost. We visited late December and thus seemed less busy at this time so the complex was quiet. The pools are lovely particularly the accessible Bardo pool. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Una vida if your looking for a relaxing stay in walking distance of downtown Tulum. "

"We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"

"Gorgeous property, gorgeous beach. We had such an amazing, memorable time here. We LOVED this location. So many exceptional food spots and boutiques just steps away. All the places you'll want to visit and things you'll want to do (cenotes, art museums, ruins, snorkeling, ziplining) are less than 30 minutes away. We stayed for a week in late November and saw no sargassum, had great weather, and it wasn't crazy busy anywhere. The beach was idyllic. We rented a car and were able to park for free in their lot across the street. Other nearby parking is also really affordable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that there is a good deal of loud music from the neighboring hotel and the bar across the street almost all the time. The rooms are pretty soundproof, so it didn't bother us at night, but it does set more of a party vibe on the beach. "
