"Honestly have nothing bad to say! It’s was incredible. The people, the food, the cleanliness. Was better than I had hoped for!! We stayed in the preferred master suite, and it was so insane. It was such a gorgeous room.. the overall amenities and just the atmosphere of the hotel was so different from others, it was beautiful! I was a little concerned about the beach shuttle. I actually did really enjoy the drive. It was a very quick and the scenery was very nice 😊 I read comments prior to our trip about people being bothered about time shares!? We were not bothered about that once."

"We had a wonderful stay at Amari with our family. Our villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped. The property is impeccably maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate whenever we needed anything. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and the thoughtful gesture from the manager, who treated us to a complimentary lunch to compensate for a brief power outage at the villa.. It was a great example of how much they care about their guests! We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend Amari to anyone traveling with family or friends—you'll have an amazing experience!"

"I’ve stayed and Una Vida every visit to a Tulum. It’s a peaceful place that feels secluded but so close to everything you’d want to see and do. Always love my stay here! Staff, food, pool and the rest of the amenities are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting anytime soon!"

"Whilst the room (including the bathroom, kitchen, and towels) could have been cleaner, the host was quick to respond and available when we arrived late. Overall, the property could use some maintenance, particularly around the pool and the surrounding area. That said, it was a comfortable stay for our two nights in Tulum, and the location was good too."

"The owner of the establishment was very kind and helpful and was attentive to all of our needs. The bathroom had low shower pressure but overall got the job done. The room was small but enough space for me and the other person I was traveling with, the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The AC worked great got very cold at night. The parking is on the street, which is fine. The rooftop of the place was spectacular. The place had three cats that were the most adorable. Overall, I would recommend to stay here. You get easy access to a lot of of the restaurants that are about walking distance. The place really gives you a homey vibe. And the restaurant that’s attached to the building has very good breakfast for a reasonable price perfect for just wanting to get up and get breakfast."

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer. "

"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice"
