Staff was helpful and friendly. I loved that there was a nice stretch of lawn near the parking lot for my dogs to take care of their business

Horrible room got a Jacuzzi room and it was like there was a bathtub inside the room not a Jacuzzi very horrible would never go back again very dirty do not recommend to stay there

I tried several times to get the wifi to connect and it never did. The staff said they reset it but nothing changed. You have to get separate codes for each device. Still none of my devices could connect. So I could not use my laptop at all. There was a thick smell of something like bug spray which gave me a headache. The sheets looked bright white and clean and the bed was okay. I ended up leaving the same night because of the smell and wifi. My room was located behind the office.

Did not recieve what was ordered. Multiple rooms could not be open. Feels like a crack house with a busted up filthy bed outside and the door of our room is painted oddly. Easily the grossest and nastiest place ive ever stayed in. I am demanding a refund on this because this is a miserable hotel.

Property is older, but room was clean. Access to property is not ideal, right off of freeway overpass. Only one driveway.

I was diassapointed and let down. The room i rented from the heritage was fine it was the management and the other clientele that made it a horrible experience. Neighbors that were so Cloud stomping moving furniture partying until 8:00 a.m.. management was notified and then we were told to deal with it and go to bed. So me and my partner will receive no sleep for the entire night and a dirty room with a manager who didn't care. Unacceptable and unprofessional

This place was disgusting.holes in the walls and bathroom doors. No covers on power outlets or switches. Towels were dirty. Turned on the TV to watch the game and a porn channel came on. Should have known something was sketchy when the clerk wanted a deposit for the key return. Wife didn't feel safe at all. Glad I had my gun just in case. Booked for 2 nights but left after the first. Quite surprised it was even listed on Expedia. My nephews police friend told me he would probably be by later that night after I told him the name. Beware

Wegen den schlechten Erfahrung nicht zum empfehlen

Vorteil: direkt an der Autoroute und sauber. Nachteil: Zimmerzustand grenzwertig, 2x mitten in der Nacht ein höllischer Lärm von der Eismaschine hinter der Zimmerwand. Ab dann ein schlafen unmöglich! Vielleicht hört man den Lärm nur im Zimmer 106! Eine Frechheit ein solches Zimmer zu vermieten!

This place was probably THEE worst place I have ever stayed at. The bed sheet had literal burn holes on them, not 1 not 2, but almost 10 burn holes!! I took it off and even the sheet underneath was dirt and had hair on it! The toilet has these brown marks on the seat. The room stunk. It was just so bad! I felt so dirty laying on the bed. I was freezing because I couldn’t even sleep with the nasty bed covers. There was tagging all over the furniture. Honestly, dont even think about purchasing a room, spend the extra money and stay some where nice!

Could be better

I’ve stayed here before over a year ago and it seems like the conditions have gotten worse. Didn’t have a working fridge and the lights in the entire room were glitching and sometimes wouldn’t stay on. Definitely wasn’t worth the price but it was the only motel near with a reasonable price on a Friday.
