"Last minute booking the down side shared toilet in the hallway I didn't realise when booking otherwise the stay was a success. Shame about the weather being soooo hot the room did get overheated."

"シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、地下の部屋で、天窓が一つだけでした。5月の急な猛暑でしたが、エアコンはないし、天窓一つなので、暑かったです。扇風機はないかと聞いてみたら、ファンのようなものを貸してくれたので、どうにか乗り切れました。暑いので天窓を開けていると、雨が降ってくるので閉めなくては行けません。雨がひどく降ると、停電して万事休すです。でも朝食は美味しかったし、スタッフの手助けでどうにかなりました。ホテルの中にフロント（レセプション）がなくて、入り口はオートロックが掛かっていて入れませんが、ちょうど帰ってきた宿泊客がレセプションは隣の隣のホテルだと教えてくれたので受付できました。値段は安いけど、難易度は少し高めです。"

The only downfalls were no lift and we were on the top floor and it’s a bit far from town but the charm made up for all of that!"

"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows.
