"The location of the property was great! It was two blocks away from from the High Street Kensington stop, a block away from the Kensington palace, and directly across the street from a great pub, the Goat Tavern. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a Deluxe Studio which had a huge bathroom, and included a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, nice towels, and great toiletries. The hotel could use some upgrading/modernizing of the bedroom area, to include getting a more comfortable bed/mattress and an upgraded hair dryer."
