"I came from USA and stay 2nights.The hotel was so smelly.when we enter in gallery after get off from lift.OMG it’s terrible not only in gallery but also in room.Carpet was so smelly even my wife have hard time to breath.Bathroom was dirty and not maintained.Very small room for 2 people even can’t walk and cross. I will never never refer this Hotel."

I was told I was staying in another property down the road which on approach was dark, overflowing bags of rubbish and the front door propped open by a fire extinguisher. The entrance and stairs were filthy and haven't been vacuumed for ages. Was being asked about when I booked and other weird details when I had the booking confirmation in front of me and the booking name etc. The room was absolutely fine, the bed was so comfy, the shower was nice and hot and spacious, there was air con which was an absolute godsend.
