"The room itself is fine, but there's 2 extremely loud extractor fans that don't turn off so its nearly impossible to actually sleep.
There's also only a coffee pod machine in the room, tea is only availabile in the refreshments room for £2.90.
They don't have keycards, only provide links to to your phone to unlock doors, which is fine but you can't actually get through the main door without one, so if you haven't set it up before arrival you need to press the call button (which noone seems to answer) so you get stuck outside.
Staff are friendly once you actually find them.
It's such a shame, beacuse it could of been a lovely stay if you can actually sleep."
