The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better."

"Hotel Henri is in a great location, with a nice restaurant and rooftop bar. The king room was small but clean and stylish. The bathroom and shower were particularly nice. The staff was helpful. One problem was that our TV didn’t work and there was no one around over the weekend who was able to fix it. The thermostat was also malfunctioning - the fan would not turn off - and a technician did fix that the next day, but was not able to get the TV working. The hotel should have offered us...

"Clean room, good location, a bit tight in terms of space"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was super war, dass man am Gang einen Wasserspender hatte mit Plastikflaschen zur freien Entnahme. Auf der Rooftop Bar hatte man einen wirklich tollen Ausblick auf das Memorial. Super Cocktails!"
