We had the twin bed villa with 2 queen beds - good for 4 adults (we had 3). Both beds and the high pillows were firm. There was a heating element (I think) for the beds, but we didn't try it.
Room and bathroom were quite spacious and like the photos. Amenities like disposable toothbrush + toothpaste, cotton buds, shower caps and bath + hand towels were provided. The wardrobe has hangers and was scented with pandan pouches. Also provided was a kettle and bottled water (one time only), with Nescafe coffee sachets, creamer and sugar. I liked that the toilet had a seat warmer.
There is no tv or wifi, but there's a sound bar you can connect your device to. Maxis and Digi had decent reception, but not UMobile. No fan or aircon, but opening the doors or windows gave good ventilation with the cool air.
The units are set in a beautiful landscaped garden with a great view of Mt Kinabalu. We enjoyed hanging out at our porch, but otherwise, there's nothing to do at the hotel itself.
The set breakfast is at H Benjamin hotel a few minutes' drive out (walkable), which is the nearest food place. Kundasang is a 15-20 minutes' drive out. You really need your own transport to stay here. Breakfast was adequate, though greasy.
Note that there are no signs to Spring Garden and the access road (after H Benjamin) is gravel with ruts. But Waze got us there safely.
Overall, a lovely place to stay, with limited facilities.
