"Overall excellent. Have a problem with disappearing shower bathmats."

"Comfortable stay for a couple of days on business. Booked a single room, which was fine. Worth highlighting that the bed looked as though it was home made (very solid snd quite high) and the shower used a hand held shower head. Overall, enjoyed my stay and will return. Staff were brilliant!!"

"I was astounded how expensive this hotel was for a pretty standard hotel. The staff gave me the wrong room number and I tried to get into the wrong occupied room. When I went to explain my plight the staff appeared burden by my request for the correct key and room and no apology was forth coming. I order a simple meal and was told the wait would be 30mins, 90mins later I was still waiting. When it arrived it was merely adequate. I would not stay here again."

"Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"

"A very modern hotel in a lovely area of London, with excellent rates. 5 minutes walk to the underground, easy access to CentralLondon. Have stayed in Clayton Hotel in Glasgow and the room and amenities in Chiswick Clayton were just as good. Will definitely stay again when in London."

"We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day. "Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again."

This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"Room and parking prices are reasonable, room was clean, shower very good, staff helpful. Full English breakfast very cheap (£8) but I'd rather pay a bit more for something more appetising. Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried."
