"Rooms are not supplied with DND signs. Every morning starting at 8:30 am we got repeated knocks on the door from room service. Despite saying ‘no thanks’ they were back again 15 minutes later. On the last day (of 3) we had late checkout arranged and still they were knocking on the door 90 minutes before we had to vacate the room. In this day and age of smart phones this should not be happening!!"

Nice bathroom but a strange wobbly tap in the sink and we didn’t use the shower so can’t comment. We were attending a concert at O2 Shepherd’s Bush and the location was very convenient. Only negative was that the cord for the window blind in the patio doors was missing so very difficult to open doors and let in some air."

"I had a 5 day stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially as provided by Dylan. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi and Dylan spent over an hour trying to get it back for me (later the driver did return). The room was attractive and clean and the double bed was comfortable. Hot water came on almost immediately. What I didn't like: the Underground subway was a long walk (15-20 minutes). Also, I did not realize the breakfast was not onsite but at an Italian restaurant, a 5-7 minute walk. It was not available until after 9 am so I was unable to use it twice when I had early morning excursions. Breakfast was unavailable during my stay - I actually got a $10 voucher to use and it was for Italian food. The simple Caesar salad I had still cost me an addition GBR 9 more."
