"Nicely styled hotel and very convenient location. I stayed in a classic room which looked nice but had some impracticalities. The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. "The hotel had a private function on. Deafeningly loud music. Very close t our and other guest rooms. We could not sleep. Nobody could sleep with that going on. Complained. They said it would go on until 1am. Absolutely awful"

"Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay."

"Rooms were small, but adequate. Both sets of parents stopped in these rooms as they were there for our wedding. They found the rooms to be quite warm and my parents struggled to open the patio doors as the latch at the top was quite high up. The rest was ok."

"Not up to usual Harbour Hotel standards. Good size room, Food in bar was long delayed, gin provided free of charge but tonic was charged for unlike other Harbour Hotels. Breakfast very good. "GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"The room was clean and had everything needed. The hotel was very well situated and excellent value for money. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. WiFi was excellent. For the money it fantastic value."
