Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort - All inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was amazing. The room we had, the master suite with elite service was well worth it. Our butler Cristian went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The staff, whether tending to you or not, were all friendly and even greeted you in passing by whether a cleaning lady or cook, etc. Also, shoutout to another staff member Danny for assisting us and also going above and beyond to help meet our needs"

Serenade Caribe Club Family Beach Resort – All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"The resort itself is very new, modern, clean, and well equipped. The gym is excellent, and the overall amenities and park areas are very good and well maintained. The regular bars were average in quality, but acceptable considering the price. The à la carte restaurants were generally okay, although they were often very busy. The evening shows were also average in quality and could be improved. The biggest issue during our stay was the service, especially in the buffet. Staff were often very slow, and service was inconsistent. The buffet food was average in quality with limited variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were also long lines at the grill stations, especially during busy hours. The buffet was usually overcrowded, and we often had to ask several times for water, drinks, or basic service. Sometimes we had to get things ourselves because nobody was available to assist us. Communication was also difficult because many staff members had very limited English. The beach area was nice, but unfortunately the water was quite dirty during our stay. I do want to mention that the staff were constantly working and trying to clean and maintain the beach, so their effort was noticeable and appreciated. Overall, the resort has a lot of potential because it is new, attractive, and has very good facilities, especially the gym and amenities. However, the food quality and variety, buffet organization, staff responsiveness, entertainment, and overall service need improvement."

Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was excellent! We absolutely loved our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. Juan, our butler, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. All the staff members were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home, like we were part of a family. The hospitality and service were truly outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely love to come back!"

Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"November 13-21, 2026 We were greeted with champagne upon arrival, and our check-in was fast. Our initial room was clean and nicely decorated, but smelled like mold when you walked in the door. Expect the musky smell. Lopesan Costa Barbaro is a giant resort we would get lost the first three days. Lots of amenities very nice to have the boulevard with all the shops, though very expensive prices. The activities and the night shows particularly Michael Jackson show was awesome! I read lots of reviews about people worried about getting dinner reservations at night. The first night you check in you have to eat at the buffet. Then after that, you can make two reservations at a time for dinner. The food quality is impressive looking but not up to United States standards, quality, and taste. Three out of the four of us had diarrhea at some point during the trip. The beach was powdery white soft sand, it did have some sargassum . The ocean was beautiful but sargassum in the shallow water. Your ocean view is boats on the horizon. We did two excursions the first one was four wheeler and buggy. The ATVs are more comfortable riding. It was very commercialized and lots of traffic. Second excursion, you swim with nurse sharks and stingray, have an encounter with a dolphin kissing you. Stand on a shallow sand bar with turquoise water, snorkel, and catamaran boat. You can negotiate all prices everywhere you go don’t settle for what they tell you for ANYTHING. Great time for the money."
