"Our stay was wonderful. We had wonderful help from Héctor who was our butler. He helped us with everyday questions to restaurant reservations. He was so helpful. Our rooms were clean and staff very prompt on cleaning the rooms. The beach here was ok but just off site to the west (directly off site. 2 min walk) was a great lagoon to swim in. The pools here are big and very fun for all the family. I found the food at the buffet ok but the restaurants were very good. "

"The rooms were great, staff was amazing. Restocked plenty of towels and beverages. Marcos (activity / entertainment staff) & Bienvenidos (buffet) took great care of us. The food was surprisingly good. Only feedback, wish there was better music at the pool. This is a pretty conservative resort and it shows. But the staff is what makes this place fun, "

"Excellent experience: the resort is well set up, hotel room and public areas are quite clean and amenities are at luxurious level. Most staff are friendly with exceptions - some bartenders’ service need to be more elevated. Beach is not cleaned regularly with many dry seaweeds - details make difference! But overall is great!"
