"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again."

"Upon entering the room noticed a foul odor. Surprised the cleaning staff didn't address this issue with management. No other rooms available, I checked out the next morning. Room is also outdated especially the bathroom which is not maintained."

"The perfect location with the perfect views! You are in the center of everything whether you want to walk drive or uber. The rooms are spacious and really nice. The restaurant attached is sooooo good we ate there three times I believe it’s called the Beatrix"

"This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. It is always clean. The staff is courteous. And the bar has decently strong drinks. But the real draw for me and why I keep coming back is Steven. He works at the front desk. And each time I return and he is there, he greets me warmly as if we're old friends and I'm staying at his home. He makes the difference for me. Thanks Steven for your kindness and attention to detail!"

"It was okay for our four night stay, gave me and my sister a place to sleep at least. There's no daily houskeeping and some of the furniture was dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. An alright place to book if you don't spend much time in the hotel room, which is easy because of its location; its close to the train station and tourist areas."
