I saw 2 live roaches, shower had black build up all around the shower, lifted the sheets to see the mattress and it had mold or stains on it. There were stains on the ceiling and the door looked like it was kicked in with duct tape on it. The staff were very friendly though.

The only thing I have a problem with was that when we stepped out to go somewhere it smells nothing but weed. The cleanest was really good and the staff was very friendly.

Here's the good: the bed was comfortable enough, the shower had great pressure and was instantly hot. One of the best! And the two roaches I saw were only juveniles. Here's the bad: the dinky little pillows sucked, towels were threadbare, and the sidewalks need to be power washed...filthy.

Staff was wonderful and did a great job but they have a sign saying no pet not even service animals witch is illegal in the state of Florida which as a business i would think management would do some research before trying to enforce a no pet policy

The room I checked 121 was dirty had dirty sheets on the bed food in the draws tube was nasty the outside of the place was cleaner than the inside pool was beautiful. Needs new house keepers!!!

The place is really hold. Dirty. Kind of smelly. I have to clean all the surface and bathroom at arrival. I do not recommend for any family special with kids. Made never provide toilet paper.

The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks are so visible that there is no way you could sit to take a bubble bath to relax. The rooms are clean and dusted.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. My stay was during a hurricane disaster! The hotel was fully booked but the staff was still very accommodating ! My suggestions for improvement are minor, a TV directory for channels, hangers, map of faculty for items..ie ice machine! The room was clean and prepared! My stay was satisfactory!

Room 247 was falling apart. The bathroom was clean. The racks in there were rusty so was the shower knob. The bathroom door was falling apart. The walls were very thin. I could hear everything in each room going on around. The back of the lock on the front door was missing. And there were flies in my room.
