"Plenty of parking and a turnaround for loading and unloading. When we walked thru the front doors a service attendant named Pete asked us if we needed any help. The front desk personnel were very friendly and quick with our check in. There is a nice pool area with music playing and lights for nighttime. While using the pool Pete checked on every guest and made sure everyone had water and towels. When we walked into our room it had a clean fresh smell. House keepers were friendly and did a great...

"Stayed here to visit my son for FAU family weekend. Very pleasantly surprised with the room compared to others located near a university. Hotel must have been recently renovated and felt like we were the first to stay in the room. Very updated with kitchenette and full size fridge. Bathroom was spotless. We did not eat the breakfast or use any amenities so I cannot speak to those.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again next time we visit."

"It’s 2026, and people expect hotels to keep up with modern standards—newer carpets, a better-looking bar and restaurant area, and faster service.
Unfortunately, there is nothing particularly special about this Embassy hotel. It feels like an average, outdated hotel that could be anywhere. The bathroom looks old and heavily used, the shower needs updating, and the carpets look dirty and worn.
Overall, the hotel feels like it hasn’t kept up with what guests expect in 2026. For the price, I...

"Toilet doesn’t work, room keys doesn’t work, ice machine, and the dryer doesn’t work. Then they change the room that we stayed at and in the new room half of the room had no electricity and the bathroom door didn’t roll out to close. Worse experience i have ever had in any Holiday Inn."
